Guidelines and Instructions for Submissions PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE COPYRIGHT AND PERMISSION TO REPRODUCE Brief Preview of Submission Procedures Step 1. E-mail your complete submission to the Secretariat for review (addresses below). The information you send to the Secretariat will be reviewed before being posted on the public website. Submission deadline for this step is July 31, 2007. The email address for submission is info@ow-ta-sec.org Step 2. An email will be sent to you, upon acceptance of your submission for posting on the website. For tracking through the consultation process, it will help to name the report file with the author's last name and the name of your organization. Step 3. Finally, you may want to mail a copy of the final submission document (for comparison with your uploaded document) and a signed copy of the copyright release form. Final submissions and materials must be received by the Secretariat no later than July 31, 2007. Instructions for preparing your submission DOCUMENT Submissions should be prepared using word processing software, preferably MS Word or WordPerfect. The final version of your submission will be available on the website in PDF and HTML format. Please consult the Template for Submissions document before sending your final copy. NOTE: The following points summarise actions which will incur documents not being posted on the Secretariat Website:
