The Secretariat for the Expert Panel on Older Workers is seeking submissions from interested researchers, stakeholders and individuals in response to the discussion paper titled "Older Workers: Challenges and Policy Issues". Please familiarize yourself with the GUIDELINES before sending your final documents.

NOTE: The following points summarise actions which will result in documents not being posted on the Secretariat Website:

• Harassment or libellous statements towards other groups or individuals;
• Material that contains obscene, racist or sexist materials;
• Unauthorised copying of copyrighted material, including the violation of software licence agreements.
